Calling all gamers who have a soft spot for anything pastel-colored!
In March, Nintendo is planning to release an “Animal Crossing”-themed Switch in pastel colors. It is going to be released a week earlier than the upcoming Animal Crossing: New Horizons title.
The console is a standard V2 Nintendo Switch, but what makes it stand out from the rest is its irresistibly adorable pastel green and blue joycons.
It also comes with a white Nintendo Switch dock, complete with images of recognizable titular Animal Crossing characters: Tom Nook and Nooklings Timmy and Tommy.
The controllers are white on the back, with white-colored wrist straps to complement the base color of the dock.
Nintendo announced the product release on Twitter, attached with photos of the hyped new console:
“A #NintendoSwitch system inspired by #AnimalCrossing: New Horizons is on the way! With unique Joy-Con controllers, a custom design on the back, and a special Nintendo Switch dock, it’s the perfect way to start your island life.”
The new Switch is also reported to come with an exclusively designed carrying case & screen protector, sold separately of course.

But despite taking heavy inspiration by the upcoming title, this pastel-colored Switch will not be bundled with the Animal Crossing: New Horizons game.
The hyped product will be released early on March 13, with the new Animal Crossing: New Horizons title dropping on March 20.
Save up as early as now if you’re eyeing to buy it upon release, as both products are to be purchased separately! The starting price is $299.99.
It is scheduled to be available for pre-orders from retailers soon, so better keep an eye out! This highly-anticipated release might be sold out in only a short while.
