If anyone’s asking for a March plot twist, surprise: it seems like James Charles and Jeffree Star may have ended their dramatic feud.
There are circulating proof to show the two may now be on good terms.
Star, a renowned influencer and make-up mogul, dropped a compliment on social media and praised James Charles’ incredible make-up skills.
The interaction happened after Charles did TikTok star Charli D’Amelio’s makeup.

D’Amelio posted about the collab on Twitter, where Jeffree complimented the both of them:

Considering harsh words spoken between the two and with Star threatening to expose James last spring, it is indeed a shocking move for him to compliment the other.
Previous YouTube feud
In case you missed it, Charles and Star were involved in one of the biggest YouTube conflicts to date.
It started with James Charles severing his friendship with Tati Westbrook over a decision to promote a rival vitamin brand. Tati even posted an explosive video titled “Bye Sister”, which has since been deleted off her channel.
Jeffree decided to plunge into the heated debate and even went as far as calling James a “danger to society”.
Although most of the proof is now deleted, fans gathered receipts to show how intense the feud went at some point.
A user even brought up a deleted tweet by Jeffree Star to James Charles’ brother Ian Jeffrey, claiming the influencer is a “predator”.

Perhaps this was what he meant by exposing James Charles.
Shortly after, Jeffree apologized for his rather harsh statements with James agreeing to move on from the incident.
“I am on board to move on, will not speak about this further but do hope to speak in the future when we’re all ready.”
Warm reactions
Considering their rather hostile history, fans picked up the hint of an apparent reconciliation between the two influencers.
Some even theorized it’s because of the current global pandemic that the narrative has changed.
