MrBeast reflects on how his life has drastically changed in 2 years

Popular content creator MrBeast became sentimental on a Twitter thread, where he explained to fans how his life has drastically changed during his recent years as a YouTuber.

“Two years ago today I was still on 1 million subscribers. Things change so quick on YouTube lol”

“Sometimes I forget I’m only 21 because the last few years have moved insanely slow. Maybe it’s because every day I’m doing something different and crazy 😂

Regardless, I love youtube and I want to do this until the day I die :)”

He also recalled how he was a fresh college drop-out just three years ago, lost and confused as to which path to take in life.

Apparently, his mom made him move out for all the good reasons — citing she just wanted to see her son become successful.

People initially thought he was crazy for taking a drastic U-turn, but his decision paved the way for him to become a successful streaming icon.

His great passion for his job was evident as he explained how he wanted to do YouTube until the day he dies.

Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson boasts over 25.6 Million followers on his Youtube channel, where he made a name for himself by giving away more than a million dollars to strangers and friends in bouts of random donations.

Most recently, he was the brain behind the global initiative #TeamTrees. Branded as the largest Youtube collaboration ever, it aims to plant 20 million trees by 2020.

Notable icons including Elon Musk and Jeffree Star expressed their support to the good cause.

The said initiative started when the philanthropic Youtuber wanted to do something big to celebrate reaching 20 million subscribers.

Fans expressed their support by replying warm words to his tweet:

“Congrats 🥳 !! Totally awesome. Hard work and dedication goes an extremely long way. Keep that mantra and you’ll be successful for the rest of your life. PS always take some time out to reflect on your achievements. 👏”
“you deserve every success you had till this point and moving forwards :’)”
“You’ve come a long way my boy it’s been so fun to watch you grow”

While he creates incredibly charitable donations to random people and communities, he presents it in the form of entertaining challenge videos for his fans to enjoy.

Fortunately, the Youtube star seems adamant about continuing to do good things such as his Team Trees project which is quickly closing in on its final goal. Check out the green initiative at
