If you’re unfamiliar with the game mode, Party Royale is a non-combat mode in Fortnite where players can get together with friends to attend various events, concerts, movies, or just hang around and socialize for fun.

The announcement was revealed in an official tweet:

“Can you hear the bass boom? We’re ready for #DynaNite

Players can watch the BTS choreography through the Party Royale mode at 8 pm EDT, with the exclusive video being played on the Main Stage of the Party Royale Island.

Additionally, there will be other exclusive items coming to Fortnite which takes inspiration from BTS.

Starting on September 23, players can score exclusive emotes choreographed by BTS. How fun would it be to use the emotes later to dance along with RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook on September 25!

Dynamite is BTS’s first song entirely in English. The Disco Pop single was released on August 20 on YouTube, garnering over 380M views on the platform.

It sings of joy and confidence, bringing a surge of youthful feel-good energy which we could all use given current events.

The song was well-received by fans across the world. In fact, it broke the record for being the most viewed music video on YouTube in its first 24 hours with 101.1 million views.

Dynamite has topped all kinds of charts globally, including the Billboard Top 100, proving the global influence and fame of the  South Korean superstar boy band.

Fortnite x BTS

The ‘BTS Dynamite pack’ is available in the Fortnite store starting on September 23, which is priced at 800 V Bucks.

The said pack contains exclusive BTS emotes for fans to take to the Fortnite x BTS Party Royale event.

After the choreography debut of the MV, players can head over to ‘Dynamite Tropical Remix’ for some fun karaoke sessions and dancing.

Epic Games is known to be unorthodox with Fortnite collaborations, having recently collaborated with Travis Scott for his first concert in the Battle Royale game.

The Fortnite x BTS Party Royale event also follows previous video premieres, including the likes of movies. For instance, it previously premiered the new trailer for Tenet, Christopher Nolan’s latest movie.
